Free Rental Month Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The promotion is open to new tenants signing a 14-month lease agreement or longer.

   • Current tenants are not eligible unless they are renewing for a qualifying lease term and meet all other promotional criteria.

   • The promotion applies to individuals only, (not juristic entities)

2. Promotion Period:

   • The promotion is valid from 07/11/2024 to 30/11/2024. Lease agreements signed outside this period do not qualify for the promotion.

3. Offer Details:

   • Qualifying tenants will receive one month of free rent applied to their second full month of tenancy or the final month, as specified in the lease agreement.

   • The free month of rent is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

4. Lease Term and Conditions:

   • The free month is contingent upon the tenant completing the entire lease term.

   • In the event of early termination of the lease by the tenant, the value of the free month will be due and payable as part of any termination fees

5. Payment Requirements:

   • Tenants must remain in good financial standing throughout the lease term to qualify. Late payments, default, or other violations of the lease may result in forfeiture of the promotional benefit and the rental and the deposit will be due and payable immediately.

6. Exclusions and Limitations:

   • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or incentive.

   • The directors reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Agreement to Terms:

   • By participating in this promotion, the tenant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

8. Miscellaneous:

   • All decisions regarding eligibility and other matters are at the sole discretion of the directors and are final.

BIRTHDAY SPECIAL 2023 PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Landlords decision on approved applications are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Promotion special is subject to a signed 13 month lease

• Promotion valid 27 September 2023 - 31 October 2023, or until the landlords discretion

• Ground - First 5 months at R10300 p/m, then R10800 p/m thereafter for remainder of lease (8 months)

• 1st Floor - First 5 months at R9300 p/m, then R9800 p/m thereafter for remainder of lease (8 months)

• 2nd Floor  - First 5 months at R9000 p/m, then R9500 p/m thereafter for remainder of lease (8 months)

• Promotion is valid to NEW LEASES ONLY

• The 5 months rental reduction will be due & payable should the 13-month lease agreement be cancelled prior to the expiry date.

• Applicants are to have an excellent TPN report.

• 1st rental payment will be due 1 November 2023

• Full rental payment is for the tenants account for the duration of the lease agreement period

• Lease agreement to be signed prior to 31 October 2023

• 1st rental payment (and deposit if applicable) to be paid prior to the lease commencement date

• Rental account to remain in good standing, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of any special affiliated to the lease agreement.
